Iteration 1 IPM

Iteration Planning Meeting (IPM) is an activity where the team decides the backlog to deliver in the next iteration.  In an IPM, your team should work together to decide the contents of the iteration backlog and the priority of stories.

An important part of IPM is to give estimations to stories.  We provide you with a tool (planning poker) to do this activity.  You can find the tutorials on bCourses in the Files tab under "Tool Tutorials" folder.  Please read the instructions first.  Then you can use the tool Planning Poker to estimate the stories in your backlog.

This is an individual assignment.  It is graded on participation.  Answers to this survey are not directly used for grading.
