Start with this article on how to run a Retro in general. Please use Postfacto to facilitate your team's Retro—it is built to mirror the process described in this article. (And no, we cannot reimburse you for any wine consumed during your Retro, even though the article recommends that as a good practice :-)
Login to your retro board at https://cs169-fa19-postfacto.herokuapp.com/retros/your-slack-channel-name (for example https://cs169-fa19-postfacto.herokuapp.com/retros/sp21-team-9-prairielearn )
The initial password for all boards is "temp", but you can change your team's password and other settings once in the retro board. Please do not change the retro board's URL. We do not intend to view your Retro boards, and changing the password ensures that we cannot!
After the Retro meeting, write a brief description of the meeting highlights, addressing at least the following:
- Date/time and approximate duration of retro
- At least 1, but up to 3, things that emerged as positives during the retro
- At least 1, but up to 3, things that the team wants to improve on for future iterations
- Specific steps that the team or individuals will take for #3
