ASUC/GA Agent Status Request

List each registered student organization (use the exact RSO names that appear on CalLink) for which you are requesting to be added as an ASUC/GA Agent. Put each RSO's name on a new line. You MUST already be on the CalLink roster for the RSO(s) for which you are requesting Agent status.

If your name on CalLink is different than it appears on bCourses, please specify what your name appears as on CalLink when inputting your response. Failure to do so will result in Agent status not being added.
