Each team should plan to bring one bug or design problem that they've been dealing with. If the problem has been solved, the team can present the solution or proposed solution for discussion. If it hasn't, we can discuss it as a group.
The problem can be a bug, a data modeling problem, a UI/UX design problem, a testing-related challenge, an integration-related issue (external services/APIs, etc.), a deployment/performance issue, basically any technical challenge that has been a focus of team attention recently.
Teams may use any visual aids they wish—design diagrams, code, live demo, etc.—to informally present the issue. Unlike the initial design meeting, we're not proposing specific questions for you to answer—instead you are identifying the issues/questions you want to raise for discussion.
Plan for about 10 minutes per team, but we'll leave extra time if we go over.
